Veana Man

Ms. Veana Man graduated from the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Science (honours) in Data Science and Business Intelligence since 2018.

She has joined the Executive Assistant team of the Institute of Brain Mind Education (IBME) during her studies since January 2015. Through supporting the organization of different workshops and exhibitions, she continues to deepen her understanding of brain mind teaching methods and effectively applied them to her own learning. With all the previous years’ work,  she strengthens the skills of liaison, organization and problem solving.

After graduating, she joined a famous advertising company as a full-time secretary from 2018 to 2020. During this period, she regained her interest in piano and advanced piano performance skills. She wanted to let more people enjoy music, so she quitted her secretarial job and worked as a piano teacher at Greenery music. The students taught are of a wide range of ages, including children and adults. She attempts applying brain mind teaching methods in the piano lessons she teaches, enabling her students learn and understand music theory in more effective and enjoyable manner even within the limited class time.

She hopes that the teaching and administrative work experience can help IBME team, especially as one of the coaches of Brain Mind Smarties Ambassadors to enable more children or teenagers understand the benefits and impact of Brain-Mind learning.
